Inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. After you book, we send the driver details so you know who to look for. If your riad sits in a medina cars cannot enter, we agree a nearby drop-off that vehicles can actually reach — common in Marrakech and Fez, less so at Agadir beach hotels.
Put the flight number on the booking. We watch the landing time and move pickup with it. Waiting starts after you land; the first 45 minutes are included. If you need longer, we confirm it with you — it is not a surprise fare at the rank.
You see a quote for that route, vehicle and time before you confirm. Airport pickups include the meet in arrivals and the waiting time above. A ride between two cities is quoted as its own journey, not bundled into the airport price.
Yes. A standard car is usually enough for one or two people with typical bags. More seats, golf clubs or several large cases? Choose a van when those options appear at booking.
Enter the airport and the hotel or riad address. We drive as close as the streets allow. When a car cannot reach the door, we stop at an accessible meeting point and help with the bags from there.
Yes — same form. Agadir to Marrakech, Casablanca to Rabat, Marrakech to Essaouira: each trip is priced for that route. Add a stop if you want one; extra time is confirmed before you travel.
