Group transfer coaches and vans for a DMC arrival wave in Morocco
DMC & Tour Operators · Wholesale Morocco Ground

Series, Coaches and Tour Roads for Inbound Operators

For Morocco DMCs and tour operators who move groups on contracted ground — charter arrival waves, vehicle mix from vans to coaches, and multi-day roads such as Agadir–Marrakech (~250 km, about 3–3.5 hours) — not one-off FIT booked by a retail agent. We meet each inbound in arrivals, monitor the flight, include 45 minutes waiting after landing, and run the programme you file. Agadir charter banks are the launch pattern; Marrakech, Essaouira and Sahara corridors are quoted as their own legs.

Where Operator Programmes Run

Charter Coasts, Imperial Circuits, Desert Roads

Coverage follows the inbound map. Agadir is package series; Marrakech is circuits and FIT overlays; Essaouira and the Sahara are add-on corridors. City and tour pages hold the local detail.

Agadir Charter Series

Launch city for European leisure series. AGA to boulevard hotels is typically 25–40 minutes. Split drops to Taghazout or a golf resort are extra quoted legs, not one coach touring every property.

Marrakech Circuits

RAK city transfers are often 15–25 minutes to Gueliz. Tour days toward Ourika, the Atlas or Essaouira are Private Day Trips or tour pages — not the airport rate. Medina-edge hotels need accessible drops like any riad.

Casablanca Gateway and Rabat

Some series still land long-haul at Mohammed V then coach south. CMN–Casablanca centre is about 40–60 minutes (~30 km). CMN–Rabat is about 90 km. Do not paste Agadir hotel timings onto a CMN arrival bank.

Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Sahara

Add-on cities use the same booking flow. Essaouira Mogador (ESU), Ouarzazate (OZZ) and desert corridors have transfer and tour pages. Fez and Tangier imperial or port programmes are content on those city pages — adding them did not require a new architecture.

A Charter Wave Is Not a Single Hotel Shuttle

Inbound operators do not need the same page as a high-street travel agency. A DMC files a manifest: several flights the same afternoon into Al Massira (AGA), different hotels on the boulevard, maybe a Taghazout split. Each landing is its own meet-and-greet; waiting starts after that flight, not after the last aircraft of the day. A coach held for every delayed sector leaves the on-time group sitting on the bus. Marrakech programmes are a different map: Menara (RAK) city hops of 15–25 minutes, then tour days toward Ourika, Essaouira or Ouarzazate — those are separate quoted roads, not a free extra on the airport transfer.

Travel Agencies covers FIT booked passenger-by-passenger. Event Transfers covers conference shuttles. This page is wholesale leisure: seasonal net rates, vehicle mix, tour corridors, and dispatch against your operations list. Adding another Moroccan city later is extra routes and copy — not a new contracting system.

How Operator Ground Is Priced

You are not billed a mystery nationwide lump sum. Airport waves, hotel shuttles and tour days are quoted as the products they are.

  • Quote per movement: airport wave, hotel–hotel, or tour-day hours and vehicle
  • Airport legs include meet-and-greet, flight monitoring, and 45 minutes waiting after that landing
  • Seasonal net rates and invoicing on request for contracted series — contact us to open an operator account

Charter and Scheduled Arrival Waves

Match cars to the flight list, not to a single shared shuttle that stops at every resort. AGA beach hotels are typically 25–40 minutes (20–25 km) from Al Massira. A delayed long-haul into CMN (40–60 minutes to Casablanca, ~30 km) is that wave — it does not hold the Agadir afternoon bank.

  • Name board per inbound as you specify
  • Flight number monitored per booking
  • 45 minutes waiting after each landing
  • See Airport Transfers for pickup procedure

Vans, Minibuses and Coaches

Sedans (typically 3/2) are for tour leaders and late VIPs, not a 40-pax arrival. Standard Van and V-Class are typically 6 passengers and 6 large bags. Minibus is typically 8–16. Coaches are quoted by headcount (larger, up to about 50). Group Transfers is the guest-facing van product; here the operator chooses the mix on the manifest.

  • Sedan 3/2 for leaders and overspill
  • Van / V-Class typically 6/6
  • Minibus 8–16; coach quoted by seats
  • See the Fleet pages for capacities

Multi-Day Tour Roads

Airport-to-hotel is day one. Agadir–Marrakech is about 250 km and 3–3.5 hours. Agadir–Essaouira is about 175 km and 2.5–3 hours. Marrakech–Ouarzazate and Sahara corridors have their own city and tour pages. Private Day Trips and Hourly Transfers are the products when the driver stays with the group; do not bury a full circuit inside an airport quote.

  • Intercity legs quoted separately
  • See Agadir Tours, Marrakech Tours, Sahara Tours
  • Private Day Trips if the driver waits at sites
  • Event Transfers if the movement is MICE, not leisure series
City Transfers

Cities we serve

Same booking, different roads. Agadir is where we started; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate, Taghazout, Saidia, Meknes, El Jadida, Imsouane and Mirleft use the same pickup rules, with times that match that airport, pass, or mountain road.

Contracting With Navetto

Manifests, Seasons, Dispatch

DMC ground is the Morocco transfer product at wholesale — city pages still hold local times; this page is how operators file the week.

Operations List and Vouchers

Send flight numbers, hotels and headcount. We return vehicle mix and driver details per movement. Guests can see the operator brand on the board if you request it; otherwise the passenger or group name.

  • Manifest against each inbound flight
  • Driver details to operations before landing
  • Hotel splits as separate quoted drops
  • Returns to airport as their own quotes

Seasonal Net Rates

Regular series can request net rates for a season rather than collecting rank receipts. Amounts still match accepted quotes. Travel Agencies remains the FIT retail desk; Corporate Transfers is company staff, not leisure groups.

  • Quote visible before each confirmation
  • Seasonal net rates on request
  • File or tour-code references when you provide them
  • Contact us to discuss operator terms

When the Programme Moves

Charter slots slip and hotels overbook. We monitor each flight on the list. Dispatch retimes that wave; it does not delay an unrelated Marrakech FIT or a Rabat corporate run.

  • Pickup follows that flight’s new landing time
  • 45 minutes wait after that landing
  • Same-day hotel or vehicle-mix changes via dispatch
  • 24/7 for late AGA charter banks and CMN long-haul

Pick a car that fits the trip

A saloon for two people and typical bags. A van when the family, golf clubs or extra cases come too. What you see at booking is what is offered on that route — not every city has every vehicle.

Questions

Before you book

The practical bits: finding the driver, delayed flights, luggage, and how the price works.

Still unsure? Write to us — we would rather answer now than leave you guessing at arrivals.

Travel Agencies is retail FIT: one passenger name, one quoted car, driver details to the agent. DMC & Tour Operators is wholesale: manifests, arrival waves, vehicle mix including coaches, and multi-day tour roads. The pickup rules are the same — arrivals hall, flight monitoring, 45 minutes after landing — the contracting and group scale are not.

Event Transfers is MICE: conferences, hotel–venue shuttles, staggered speaker pickups. Use this page for leisure series, charter packages and tour programmes. A 200-delegate congress in Marrakech is Event Transfers; a weekly AGA charter bank is DMC & Tour Operators.

AGA to most Agadir beach hotels: about 25–40 minutes (20–25 km). Taghazout: about 30–45 minutes. RAK to Gueliz: often 15–25 minutes. AGA–Marrakech: about 250 km, 3–3.5 hours. AGA–Essaouira: about 175 km, 2.5–3 hours. CMN to Casablanca centre: about 40–60 minutes (~30 km). CMN–Rabat: about 90 km. City pages carry local traffic notes.

Each inbound is its own booking. We monitor that flight number; waiting starts after that landing; the first 45 minutes are included. We do not hold the on-time coach for a late sector unless you file it as one movement and accept the wait cost.

Arrivals hall, name sign as specified (group, operator or leader). For medina-edge hotels in Marrakech or Fez, drop-off is an accessible point; the group walks the last stretch. Resort lobbies in Agadir take a porte cochère.

Economy, Business and Premium sedans: typically 3 passengers and 2 large bags. Standard Van and Mercedes V-Class: typically 6 and 6. Minibus: typically 8–16. Coaches are quoted larger, up to about 50. Luggage for a week’s circuit is not the same as a city break — size the vehicle for bags, not only seats.

Airport-to-hotel is point-to-point. If the driver must wait at sites or run Essaouira, Ourika or a desert corridor, book Private Day Trips or Hourly Transfers (or the relevant Tours page) as a separate product on the file. Do not assume the airport quote includes the circuit.

Each movement still shows a quote for route and vehicle before confirmation. Operators with regular series can request seasonal net rates and consolidated invoicing — contact the operator desk. FIT one-offs stay on Travel Agencies; properties booking their own guests use Hotels & Riads.
