Business sedan for executive airport transfers in Morocco
Business Sedan · Executive Morocco Transfers

Executive Cabin for Airports, Offices and Hotels

The quoted executive sedan for travellers who want a quieter rear and a more formal arrival — still typically three passengers and two large bags. Same named driver, arrivals meet-and-greet, and 45 minutes waiting after landing as Economy. Built for Mohammed V into Casablanca, client pickups, and road days such as CMN–Rabat. Agadir is the launch city; other Moroccan cities use this category on their own routes.

Waiting After Landing

24/7

24/7 Coverage

Executive Pickup

Meeting Point, Flights and Waiting

Business Sedan does not change where the chauffeur stands. It changes the car that is waiting with the name sign. Airport procedure matches Airport Transfers; company billing lives on Corporate Transfers.

Meeting Point

The driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign — useful when a client or director should not be left at the kerb rank. Details are sent after confirmation. In Marrakech or Fez, a medina address may still require an accessible vehicle point.

Flight Monitoring

Long-haul into Mohammed V and dawn landings at Al Massira both move. Add the flight number so the Business Sedan retimes with the aircraft. Waiting starts after landing, not at the timetable on the ticket.

Waiting-Time Policy

Airport legs include 45 minutes after landing. Hotel, office, and address pickups include 15 minutes. If a meeting over-runs, contact dispatch to extend rather than leaving an executive on the street. For a driver who stays all afternoon, use Hourly Transfers.

Executive Presentation

Water, in-car chargers, and a quieter cabin are the point of this category. It is still a sedan: do not treat it as a team minivan. Business Transfers and Corporate Transfers describe the booking type; this page is the vehicle.

Comfort for the Roads That Take Longer

Business Sedan is not a larger car than Economy in seats. It is a calmer executive cabin for the journeys where that matters: Mohammed V into Anfa, the Twin Center or the Corniche (about 40–60 minutes, roughly 30 km), Casablanca to Rabat as its own quoted road run (~90 km, typically well over an hour), or a client landing at Marrakech Menara who should not start the stay in a compact saloon. Capacity stays typically three passengers and two large suitcases. Sales kits for four colleagues, golf clubs, or a week of cases still need a minivan.

Agadir hospitality groups use this category when a visiting manager should arrive from Al Massira in an executive car (still 25–40 minutes to most beach hotels). Rabat ministry and embassy days often start at Rabat-Salé (about 20–30 minutes to Souissi) or as a separate CMN–Rabat quote. The meet-and-greet and 45-minute airport wait are the same product as Economy; you are paying for the cabin and how the arrival looks.

What the Upgrade Buys

You are not buying extra passengers. You are buying a quieter, more formal sedan on a quoted Morocco route.

  • Executive sedan or similar, shown at booking
  • Typically 3 passengers and 2 large bags — same boot class as Economy
  • Meet-and-greet and 45 minutes waiting after landing
  • Quote for route plus Business Sedan before you confirm

Cabin, Capacity, Longer Legs

When Business Sedan Earns the Quote

Cabin and Luggage

Rear space and a quieter ride are the difference. The boot is still a sedan boot. If the booking is four people with pull-alongs, choose the minivan — an executive badge will not add a row of seats.

  • Typically 3 passengers, 2 large suitcases
  • Quieter cabin for calls on the CMN or A3 run
  • Child seats on request at booking
  • Group or Family Transfers when bags exceed this car

Journeys Where Comfort Matters

Short RAK hops still work in Economy. Business Sedan is the category people choose when the road is longer or the passenger is a guest.

  • CMN → Casablanca centre / Anfa: about 40–60 min, ~30 km
  • CMN → Rabat: separate ~90 km quote, well over an hour
  • AGA → beach hotels: 25–40 min when presentation matters
  • RAK client pickup into Gueliz, Hivernage or Palmeraie

Business vs Economy vs Minivan

Economy is the entry sedan for couples and solo travellers. Business Sedan is the same seat count with an executive cabin. A minivan is a different product for people and luggage that will not fit either sedan.

  • Economy: standard cabin, same typical 3 / 2 capacity
  • Business Sedan: executive cabin, same typical capacity
  • Minivan: extra seats and boot on Family or Group pages
  • Corporate Transfers if you need invoicing, not a different car
City Transfers

Cities we serve

Same booking, different roads. Agadir is where we started; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate, Taghazout, Saidia, Meknes, El Jadida, Imsouane and Mirleft use the same pickup rules, with times that match that airport, pass, or mountain road.

Quote, Companies, Cities

Priced Per Route, Not Per Skyline

The Business Sedan category is city-independent. Casablanca commercial days, Rabat capital calls, and Agadir site visits use the same vehicle class with local times on each city page.

How Business Sedan Is Priced

Select the category in the quote flow. You pay more than Economy on the same route because of the cabin, not because the map changed. Airport legs still include meet-and-greet and 45 minutes after landing.

  • Quote for pickup, drop-off, and Business Sedan
  • Usually above the Economy price on that journey
  • No meter at CMN, AGA, or RAK
  • Return to airport as a second quoted booking

Offices, Clients, Corporate Billing

This page is the car. Business Transfers is the A-to-B executive product. Corporate Transfers adds invoicing and a coordinator. Event Transfers is for a guest list, not one sedan.

  • One-off client pickup: book Business Sedan on the home page
  • Repeat staff travel: Corporate Travel Solutions
  • As-directed meeting day: Hourly Transfers
  • Named driver for a stay: Private Chauffeur

Where the Category Runs

Listed when that route offers it. Agadir launched the product; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Fez use the same executive sedan class with their own airport pages.

  • Casablanca Transfer: CMN 40–60 min into town
  • Rabat Transfer: RBA 20–30 min; CMN–Rabat quoted separately
  • Agadir Transfer: AGA to hotels and Taghazout site visits
  • Marrakech Transfer: RAK, Gueliz, Palmeraie, medina-edge

A saloon for two people and typical bags. A van when the family, golf clubs or extra cases come too. What you see at booking is what is offered on that route — not every city has every vehicle.

Questions

Before you book

The practical bits: finding the driver, delayed flights, luggage, and how the price works.

Still unsure? Write to us — we would rather answer now than leave you guessing at arrivals.

Seats and typical luggage are in the same class: about three passengers and two large bags. Business Sedan is a quieter, more formal executive cabin — the category people choose for client pickups and longer roads such as Mohammed V into Casablanca (40–60 minutes) or CMN–Rabat (~90 km). Economy is the standard sedan for couples and solo travellers who do not need that cabin.

Do not count on it. Both are sedans. Four pull-along cases, golf clubs, or a family with a stroller need a minivan on Family Transfers or Group Transfers. You are paying for the cabin, not a van-sized boot.

In the arrivals hall with a name sign. Driver details follow confirmation. Waiting starts after landing; 45 minutes are included. Medina-edge addresses in Marrakech or Fez may use an accessible point. Full hall procedure is on Airport Transfers.

Airport bookings use the flight number; pickup moves with the landing and waiting still starts after you land. If an office meeting over-runs, message dispatch to extend or retime. For a driver who stays between meetings, Hourly Transfers or Private Chauffeur is the clearer product.

Often yes, because the road is about 90 km and usually well over an hour — a quieter cabin is the point. It is still a separate quoted journey from a Rabat-Salé hotel transfer (about 20–30 minutes). Do not reuse Agadir AGA–hotel timings on this leg.

Each booking shows a quote for route and Business Sedan before confirmation. Companies that book regularly can request invoicing after opening an account on Corporate Travel Solutions. This page is the vehicle; Corporate Transfers is the billing product.

When the quote flow lists it. Agadir is the launch city. Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Fez use the same Business Sedan class with that city’s airport times. Adding another Moroccan city is extra content — not a new architecture.

Child seats are on request at booking and occupy a passenger seat. In-car amenities such as water and chargers are part of the chauffeur car; treat Wi‑Fi as best-effort, not a guaranteed office. Confirm extras in the quote flow before you pay.
