Group boarding a private minivan transfer in Morocco
Group Transfers · One Van, One Party, One Quote

Share One Reserved Vehicle Instead of a Rank of Petit Taxis

Group transfers in Morocco are a private minivan or larger vehicle for people who travel together: friends, a golf four-ball, a small team, a stag or hen arriving on the same flight. One name sign, one quote for seats and luggage, meet-and-greet and 45 minutes waiting after landing. Agadir is the launch city; other Moroccan cities use the same product with their own roads.

Where Groups Book This Product

Same Van Product, Different Corridors

Agadir golf and beach groups are the launch pattern. Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Fez use the same booking flow with those cities’ distances.

Agadir Hotels, Golf & Taghazout

AGA to boulevard and marina hotels: typically 25–40 minutes. Golf and Taghazout runs are longer. A six-person van on the coastal road is still this product, not an event shuttle.

Marrakech & the Atlas Road

RAK to Gueliz or Hivernage is often 15–25 minutes. Medina-edge drop for a shared riad. Agadir–Marrakech as a group van is the ~240 km intercity quote — see Private Transfers for that corridor’s general rules.

Casablanca, Rabat & CMN

A group landing at Mohammed V needs 40–60 minutes to most city hotels and the hold for everyone’s cases. CMN to Rabat is ~90 km / 1–1.5 hours — not an RBA downtown hop of 15–25 minutes.

Tangier, Fez & Later Cities

Port groups in Tangier and medina-edge groups in Fez are still one-party vans. A new Moroccan city later is extra copy on this product, not a new template.

Same Flight, Same Hotel, Not a Conference Guest List

Six friends landing at Al Massira with golf clubs will not fit two petit taxis, and they should not be priced as a 40-person conference. AGA to most Agadir hotels is 25–40 minutes; a golf resort toward Taghazout is often 40–60. The same party on the Agadir–Marrakech road is about 240 km and 3–3.5 hours in one van — a different quote from a city hop. Casablanca groups out of CMN to Anfa or the Corniche typically need 40–60 minutes and the hold space for six pull-alongs.

This page is one party, one booking. Event Transfers is staggered arrivals, hotel–venue shuttles and a guest list you send a planner. Family Transfers is a household with child seats. Private Transfers is a couple or a trio on an A-to-B without a van brief.

How a Group Transfer Is Quoted

Headcount and luggage set the vehicle; the route sets the price. You confirm when the quote matches the people who will actually sit down.

  • Airport start: arrivals hall, name sign for the group lead, flight monitoring, 45 minutes after landing
  • Hotel start: lobby or gate, 15 minutes complimentary wait
  • Minivan for roughly 4–7 with bags; ask dispatch if you need a second vehicle or a larger category when listed

Capacity First — Then the Road

Airport Arrival as One Party

Book the flight the group shares. The chauffeur meets the lead name in arrivals, waits 45 minutes after landing, and loads clubs or cases in one go. If people land on different flights two hours apart, that is Event Transfers, not this page.

  • One name sign, one vehicle (or two if you book two)
  • Flight monitored for the inbound you enter
  • Direct hotel drop-off, no resort circuit
  • See Airport Transfers for terminal rules

Golf, Friends and Small Teams

Four golfers plus bags need a minivan even when a sedan has four seats. A hospitality team visiting an Agadir resort, or friends sharing a Marrakech riad, book the category that matches hold space — then split the quote however you like off-platform.

  • Golf clubs count as luggage, not as a free extra
  • Standard car is the wrong default above three people with cases
  • Intercity: Agadir–Marrakech ~240 km / 3–3.5 h as its own quote
  • Hourly Transfers if the van must wait through lunch

When to Use Two Vehicles or Event Transfers

Eight or more with full-size cases may need two minivans or a larger vehicle when the booking flow lists it. A wedding or conference with a run-of-show and mixed landing times belongs on Event Transfers.

  • One van while everyone fits seats and hold
  • Second quoted vehicle rather than overcrowding
  • Event Transfers for staggered guest lists
  • Family Transfers if the group is one household with children
City Transfers

Cities we serve

Same booking, different roads. Agadir is where we started; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate, Taghazout, Saidia, Meknes, El Jadida, Imsouane and Mirleft use the same pickup rules, with times that match that airport, pass, or mountain road.

Booking Rules for Shared Vehicles

Waiting, Headcount, and the Quote

The rules do not change by city. The minutes do — city pages keep local airport times so a CMN group run is never sold as an AGA beach hop.

Waiting-Time Policy

Airport: 45 minutes after landing, flight monitored. Hotel: 15 minutes from the booked time. The group should be ready together; we do not hold a van for a passenger still in another terminal unless you booked a second pickup.

  • Airport 45 minutes after that flight lands
  • Hotel 15 minutes at the lobby
  • Split arrivals: Event Transfers or two bookings
  • Long wait at a clubhouse: Hourly Transfers

Passenger and Luggage Capacity

Tied to the category in the quote. Typical minivan: about 4–7 people with bags. A sedan is for two or three. Do not copy an Agadir couple sedan onto a six-person Casablanca arrival.

  • Count people and large bags, not only seats
  • Golf and camera kits need hold space
  • Child seats: use Family Transfers if that is the brief
  • Larger vehicles when listed at booking

Quote Positioning

One quote for the route and vehicle. How you split it among friends is your matter. Company invoicing for a staff outing sits on Corporate Transfers.

  • Price on screen before confirmation
  • No shared public shuttle
  • Extra stop quoted via dispatch
  • City-independent product — new cities are extra routes

Pick a car that fits the trip

A saloon for two people and typical bags. A van when the family, golf clubs or extra cases come too. What you see at booking is what is offered on that route — not every city has every vehicle.

Questions

Before you book

The practical bits: finding the driver, delayed flights, luggage, and how the price works.

Still unsure? Write to us — we would rather answer now than leave you guessing at arrivals.

Group Transfers is one party on one booking: same flight or same lobby time, one van, one quote. Event Transfers is planned movement for a guest list — staggered airport waves, hotel–venue shuttles, mixed VIP sedans. If people land two hours apart, do not force them onto this page.

Tied to the vehicle you select. A standard car is usually two or three people and two large bags. A typical minivan suits about 4–7 with luggage. Golf clubs count. Eight or more with full-size cases often need two vehicles or a larger category when listed. Do not copy an Agadir couple sedan onto a six-person CMN arrival.

AGA to most Agadir hotels: 25–40 minutes (20–25 km); Taghazout or golf often 40–60 minutes. RAK to Gueliz: often 15–25 minutes. CMN to Casablanca hotels: 40–60 minutes. Agadir–Marrakech: about 240 km and 3–3.5 hours. Casablanca–Rabat: about 90 km and 1–1.5 hours. These are planning figures; traffic moves the clock.

Airport: arrivals hall with a name sign for the lead passenger; details after booking. Hotel: lobby or gate. Medina riads: an accessible street. The whole party should use that point — we do not run a multi-hotel collection unless you booked Event Transfers or extra stops with dispatch.

Yes, on airport pickups: the flight on the booking is tracked; 45 minutes waiting starts after landing. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes. A passenger on a later flight needs a second booking or Event Transfers, not an unpaid wait at the kerb.

The quote is one amount for the vehicle and route. How you split it is up to you. Company payment and invoicing for a staff group sit on Corporate Transfers.

A group transfer ends at the drop-off. For a driver who waits through lunch, a kasbah, or several photos stops, book Hourly Transfers. Private Chauffeur is the named-driver stay product.

Agadir is the launch city. Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Fez have transfer pages for local airport times. This group product is city-independent: adding another Moroccan city later is extra routes and copy, not a new booking system.

"Enter pickup, drop-off, passenger count and vehicle. Confirm when the hold fits clubs and cases — six people with bags are not a sedan hop."

Group Transfers fit when:

  • You land together and go to the same hotel
  • You would otherwise need several petit taxis
  • Golf clubs or kit fill the hold
  • You want one quote to split among friends
  • The chauffeur should not wait after drop-off
  • Landings are not staggered across a guest list
  • Child seats would be Family Transfers instead
  • A conference run-of-show would be Event Transfers
