Executive private transfer for business travel in Morocco
Business Transfers · Airport, Office & Client Runs

A Reserved Car for the Working Day in Morocco

Business transfers are point-to-point private cars for people who have a meeting, not a holiday itinerary: airport to office, hotel to a client, office to the station. You see a quote for that route and vehicle before you confirm. Agadir is the launch city; Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier and Fez use the same booking flow with those cities’ times.

Where Business Days Concentrate

Different Cities, Different Working Maps

Casablanca is commercial. Rabat is government. Agadir is hospitality and coastal operations. Marrakech mixes clients and hotels. The product is the same; the roads are not.

Casablanca & Mohammed V

Long-haul into CMN, then 40–60 minutes to Anfa, Twin Center, Gauthier or Corniche hotels. Useful the same day as a meeting if the landing time is realistic.

Rabat Capital Calls

Rabat-Salé is closer to Souissi and Agdal (about 20–30 minutes). Many long-haul flights still land at CMN — that Casablanca-to-Rabat run is not the same quote as an RBA hotel transfer.

Agadir Sites & Hospitality HQs

Launch city for resort operators, golf groups and visiting managers. AGA to marina and Founty offices is typically 25–40 minutes; a Taghazout site visit is longer.

Marrakech, Tangier, Fez

Gueliz client meetings after RAK (often 15–25 minutes). TNG and FEZ have their own airports and pages. A new Moroccan city later is extra routes and copy — not a new architecture.

The Meeting Address Is the Product, Not a Rank

A Casablanca working day often starts at Mohammed V: about 40–60 minutes into Anfa, the Twin Center or a Corniche hotel, then a separate quoted hop to the client. Rabat days are Souissi and ministry doors after Rabat-Salé (about 20–30 minutes) — or a ~90 km road from CMN that must not reuse the RBA hotel clock. Agadir business traffic is hospitality HQs, golf operators and site visits: AGA to marina and Founty addresses is typically 25–40 minutes.

This page is for the individual traveller or the assistant booking one journey. Corporate Transfers adds invoicing and a company coordinator when you book staff every week. Hourly Transfers is the cleaner product if the chauffeur must wait through three offices. Private Chauffeur is the named-driver stay product.

How a Business Transfer Is Quoted

The price is the airport, hotel or office you enter and the vehicle — not a nationwide day rate and not a meter that restarts at the city limit.

  • Quote visible before confirmation for that A-to-B
  • Airport legs: meet-and-greet, flight monitoring, 45 minutes waiting after landing
  • Hotel or office start: reception or lobby, 15 minutes complimentary wait

Working Route

Working-Day Ground Transport

Airport, Office, Hotel — One Quoted Leg at a Time

Airport to Office or Hotel

Landing into a first meeting is a flight-monitored pickup, not a taxi queue with a laptop bag. Waiting starts after landing. Give the office tower, hotel or industrial site — Casablanca Anfa is not the same quote as a Tit Mellil warehouse.

  • CMN, RBA, AGA, RAK, TNG, FEZ when published
  • Name sign in the arrivals hall
  • Flight number on the booking
  • See Airport Transfers for terminal procedure

Hotel to Meeting, Office to Station

A reserved car from the lobby to a client in Gauthier, from Souissi to Rabat Ville, or from an Agadir marina hotel to a site in Inezgane. The chauffeur does not wait after drop-off unless you booked Hourly Transfers.

  • 15 minutes wait at hotel or reception pickups
  • Casa-Voyageurs and Rabat Ville as named drop-offs
  • Return to hotel booked as a second quote
  • Hotel Transfers if the only stops are two hotels

Capacity for Kits and Colleagues

A standard car suits one or two people with a cabin bag and a pull-along. Samples, a projector, or three colleagues with overnight cases belong in the minivan you select at booking — the holiday sedan used for an AGA–Founty hop will not swallow a Casablanca sales kit.

  • Standard car: typically 2–3 passengers, 2 large bags
  • Minivan: extra seats and hold for teams
  • Executive category when listed
  • Corporate Transfers if finance needs an invoice, not a card receipt
City Transfers

Cities we serve

Same booking, different roads. Agadir is where we started; Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate, Taghazout, Saidia, Meknes, El Jadida, Imsouane and Mirleft use the same pickup rules, with times that match that airport, pass, or mountain road.

Booking Rules That Stay National

Quotes, Waiting, and When to Switch Product

The booking rules do not change by city. The minutes do — city transfer pages keep local airport times so a Rabat embassy run is never sold as an Agadir beach hop.

Quote per Route

Pickup, drop-off and vehicle set the price. You confirm when the quote matches the meeting you will actually attend.

  • No street-hail surcharge after you sit down
  • Extra stop: ask dispatch; it is quoted, not assumed
  • CMN–Rabat is its own ~90 km corridor
  • Corporate Transfers for monthly invoicing

Waiting-Time Policy

Airport pickups include 45 minutes after landing with the flight monitored. Hotel and office pickups include 15 minutes from the booked time. A chauffeur who must sit in the car park through a two-hour meeting is Hourly Transfers.

  • Airport: 45 minutes after landing
  • Hotel / office: 15 minutes included
  • Meeting over-run: call dispatch to retime
  • Private Chauffeur if you want the same named driver all day

Who This Page Is For

Consultants, sales visits, site inspections, and assistants booking one executive. It is not a conference shuttle and not a company account page.

  • One pickup, one drop-off, reserved car
  • Event Transfers for a delegate list
  • Hourly Transfers for as-directed multi-stop days
  • Adding another Moroccan city later does not change this flow

Pick a car that fits the trip

A saloon for two people and typical bags. A van when the family, golf clubs or extra cases come too. What you see at booking is what is offered on that route — not every city has every vehicle.

Questions

Before you book

The practical bits: finding the driver, delayed flights, luggage, and how the price works.

Still unsure? Write to us — we would rather answer now than leave you guessing at arrivals.

The road product is the same: named chauffeur, quoted vehicle, meet-and-greet and 45 minutes waiting after landing on airport legs. Business Transfers is the page for one working journey — airport to office, hotel to client. Corporate Transfers is the company-account page: invoicing, a coordinator, repeat staff bookings. Register via Corporate Travel Solutions if finance needs a monthly invoice.

Mohammed V to Anfa, Twin Center or Corniche hotels: about 40–60 minutes. Rabat-Salé to Souissi or central Rabat: about 20–30 minutes. Agadir Al Massira to marina and Founty addresses: about 25–40 minutes (20–25 km). Marrakech Menara to Gueliz: often 15–25 minutes. CMN to Rabat is a separate ~90 km / 1–1.5 hour quote.

Airport: arrivals hall with a name sign; details are sent after booking. Hotel: lobby or porte cochère. Office: reception or the street pin you give if the tower has no waiting bay. Medina-edge hotels in Marrakech or Fez may use an accessible street.

Airport legs use the flight number; pickup moves with the landing and waiting starts after arrival. If a meeting over-runs, contact dispatch to retime or extend. If the chauffeur must wait through several appointments, switch the day to Hourly Transfers.

Choose the category in the quote. A standard car is usually enough for one or two people with cabin bags. Samples, four overnight cases, or golf for a client day need a minivan. Do not assume the Agadir holiday sedan fits a Casablanca sales team.

Not on a point-to-point business transfer — the quote ends at the drop-off. For waiting at each office, book Hourly Transfers. For the same named chauffeur across a stay, book Private Chauffeur. Chain two quoted A-to-B legs if you only need a return after a known end time.

Enter pickup, drop-off and vehicle; the quote shows before you confirm. Card payment on a one-off sits on this page. Consolidated invoicing and a company contact sit on Corporate Transfers. Event-scale delegate shuttles belong on Event Transfers.

Agadir is the launch city. Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier and Fez each have transfer pages with that city’s airport times. This business product is city-independent: adding another Moroccan city later is extra routes and copy, not a new booking system.

Business Morocco Transfer

"Enter pickup, drop-off and vehicle. Confirm when the price is for that road — a CMN–Rabat run is not an RBA hotel hop. Open a corporate account only if you need invoicing."

Business Transfers fit when:

  • You have one origin and one meeting address
  • The chauffeur should not wait after drop-off
  • You land and go straight to an office or hotel
  • You need Casa-Voyageurs or Rabat Ville after a meeting
  • Luggage or samples will not fit a petit taxi
  • You are paying this trip yourself or on a card
  • Finance wants invoices — use Corporate Transfers
  • A delegate list would be Event Transfers instead
