Same motorway as the northbound page, opposite problem: you are leaving medina-edge streets and finishing at a beach hotel, not the other way around. Pickup logistics in Marrakech, not Agadir arrivals, decide whether you start on time.
From Marrakech you join the A7 towards Agadir without crossing Tizi n'Tichka or the Essaouira N8. Distance is the same corridor as Agadir → Marrakech; the traffic pattern at each end is not.
RAK sits on the south-west side of Marrakech, so an airport start reaches the A7 quickly. A medina-edge pickup can lose 20–40 minutes in town before the motorway. Agadir's seafront is then a direct hotel drop — no second medina gate.
Guests who have been in Marrakech usually start at a riad gate or a Gueliz hotel after checkout. Guests who only land at Menara and continue to Agadir skip the city and meet in RAK arrivals.
Most drop-offs are beach hotels, Marina Agadir, or Founty resorts: the car goes to the property. If you fly out of Al Massira the same day, we can drop at AGA with a buffer before check-in. Taghazout is a continuation, not the default Agadir pin.

What slows you down is checkout, medina alleys, and whether Menara was the real start of the day.
If you land at RAK and go straight to Agadir, say so: the driver meets you in arrivals, not at a riad, and the first 45 minutes after landing are included. If you start at a riad, the car waits at the gate your host uses for luggage — 15 minutes after the agreed time — because the vehicle cannot reach the courtyard. Either way you finish at a named Agadir hotel, not a bus garage in Inezgane.

Southbound pickups fail when the car is sent to a medina alley or when a RAK flight is ignored. The meeting point and the clock follow what you put on the booking.
You often leave Marrakech with more shopping bags than you arrived with, then need space for Agadir beach cases. Pick the vehicle for the load at departure, not the load on day one.
Works for a couple with two suitcases and a small amount of shopping. Three adults plus hard-shell airport bags from RAK will overflow a sedan on a three-hour A7 run.
The usual family and friends choice when you have been in Marrakech several nights. Golf groups heading to Agadir courses should assume clubs need van space, not a sedan boot.
Coaches still collect at an accessible Marrakech point, then run the A7 to Agadir hotels that can take a large vehicle on the forecourt. Confirm the hotel can receive a coach when you book.
Capacity figures are typical. Note extra bags, child seats, and a Taghazout continuation when you request the quote so dispatch does not send a sedan to a six-case family.

Hotel and riad pickups include 15 minutes after the agreed time. A tour that finishes an hour late is not covered by that window. Change the pickup slot in advance, or treat extra waiting as time to add to the quote. Airport pickups are different: they follow the landing, with 45 minutes included after you arrive.
